Pineapple Casserole Recipe

This Pineapple Casserole Recipe doubles as a delicious side dish to ham or a refreshing dessert. Top with mini marshmallows and serve at Easter for a treat guests will love.

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp self-rising flour
  • 1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, reserve juice
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup crackers crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter melted



  • Preheat the oven to 300F degrees.
  • Toss sugar and flour together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour in pineapple and juice.
  • Add cheese and mix until blended.
  • Coat a 2 qt casserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spoon the mixtures into the dish. Coat with cracker crumbs.
  • Pour melted butter over the crumb topping.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
