Method for all
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well or use a jar and shake well. Serve over salad or vegetables. Refrigerate extra dressing.

2/3 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup red wine vinegar 2 tsp white sugar 1 tsp salt 1 or 2 large garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp grated onion 2 Tbsp vinegar of your choice 1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil of your choice 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp green pepper, finely chopped 1 tsp pimento, finely chopped 1/8 tsp salt or to taste dash of pepper or to taste 1/4 tsp mustard Variation: add 2 hard-boiled egg yolks, crumbled
