Ingredients

  • 3-4 fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Directions

  • Prepare the Peaches:
  • In a saucepan, combine the chopped peaches and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are soft and the sugar has dissolved (about 10-15 minutes). Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Blend the Mixture:
  • Once cooled, blend the peach mixture until smooth. If you prefer chunks of peaches in your ice cream, blend only part of the mixture and leave some chunks aside.
  • Combine the Ingredients:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peach puree (and chunks, if reserved), sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, coconut milk, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  • Chill the Mixture:
  • Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.
  • Churn the Ice Cream:
  • Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturerโ€™s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  • Freeze:
  • Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
