Ingredients
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cubed
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp cold water
Instructions
Combine ketchup, water, vinegar and soy sauce in crock pot. Stir well.
Add the brown sugar and blend until dissolved.
Place chicken in the sauce and mix well to coat.
Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
After 8 hours, slowly blend corn starch and cold water until smooth in a mixing bowl.
Add to the crock pot and stir well.
Cover and adjust the heat to high.
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Sauce should be thick when served.
