Use Steak Marinade to produce a dish of much higher quality and taste that will drew praise from family and guests.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups salad oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 crushed garlic clove
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley flakes (I prefer double the quantity of fresh Italian
parsley
1/3 cup lemon juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients at least 6 hours in advance of use to allow the flavors to develop. Always marinate meat for 6 -8 hours. Once you have removed the meat, place the marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool slightly, and use to baste during the cooking process.
If this doesn’t prove a knockout, I suggest you find new guests.
