Spicy Pasta Salad combines spices with fruit and chicken resulting in the sweet and sour taste reminiscent of oriental cooking. I think in the orient it would be called spicy noodle salad.
8 oz (225 grams) angel hair pasta
2 cups cooked light meat chicken, broken into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
1 cup cut asparagus or broccoli flowerets
1 cup sweet red peppers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion (Spring onion)
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro (coriander) or fresh basil
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Toss pasta with 1/4 cup Spicy Oriental Dressing. Cool to room temperature.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Remove garlic before serving.
