Spicy Oriental Dressing adds a spark to everyday salads, combining oil, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and other spices.
1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger root
1/4 tsp crushed red chili pepper
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic
Combine ingredients and let stand at least 30 minutes.
