Pumpkin Spice Syrup

This easy to make Pumpkin Spice Syrup is a tasty seasonal twist for pancakes and French toast. Start a frosty fall morning right with this cinnamon and nutmeg infused blend of maple and pumpkin.

Ingredients

1 cup maple syrup
1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

Warm maple syrup in a pan over low heat.

Add pumpkin and stir to incorporate.

Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to mix in well.

Stir often and heat until completely warmed through.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes
