Pumpkin Smoothie

This thick and delicious Pumpkin Smoothie blends yogurt with the distinctive tastes of fall: pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and seasonal sprinkles for a finishing touch.

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 ice cubes

Instructions

Place pumpkin, yogurt and brown sugar in the blender.

Pulse just enough to combine.

Sprinkle in the nutmeg and cinnamon.

Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and thick.

Serve in your favorite glasses.
