Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup light molasses
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Coat a square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Whip eggs with a fork in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Stir in pumpkin and mix well.
Add molasses and milk.
