Pineapple Salsa with apricot preserve is a delightful fruity salsa that is sure to wow your guests when served with a barbecue. Too often chefs forget that salsa doesn’t have to be a hot concoction. The secret of any meal is variety and if you give them a choice of sweet and savory salsa you’ll be surprised how many guests opt for a little of each. This salsa is also very popular with children because it is sweet.
