You will love making this no-bake Peanut Butter Pie almost as much as sharing and eating it. Well, maybe not so much sharing it. You need just five inexpensive ingredients and three steps from mixing to slicing. Remember to stock your favorite topping!
1 package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
3/4 tub whipped cream
1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
Optional: toppings of your favorite peanut butter combos such as chocolate, banana, apple or exotic jelly
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter.
Mix using an electric mixer on low to medium speed.
Slowly add whipped cream and continue mixing until it’s creamy (not runny).
Transfer mixture to the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Add optional topping before or after cutting and serving.
Makes 8-12 servings.
