Mango Smoothie is one of those great tropical smoothies that most people love. Refreshing and delicious, this healthy smoothie recipe is so cool that you can almost hear the tropical breeze rustling the palm trees as you sip it. This is one of my family favorites and is usually their first choice.
10 cardamom pods
3 cups mango nectar, chilled
16 ounces (450 grams) plain yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp ground pistachio nuts
Fresh mango and melon pieces
Break open cardamom pods and drop seeds into a mortar and pestle. Grind seeds.
Combine in a blender nectar, honey, yogurt and cardamom. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with ground pistachio and skewered melon and mango pieces.
