- 8 lamb rib chops
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh is best)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch (corn flour)
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
In skillet, brown chops in vegetable oil; drain well.
Thoroughly combine orange juice, honey, salt, cornstarch and grated orange peel.
Brush browned chops with orange mixture and place in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low 8 hours, or on High 4 hours if you’re in a hurry.
