- 3/4 lb (340 grams) Thin strips chicken breast
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing (may use low-fat)
- 1 packet Italian style frozen vegetables (16 oz – 450 grams)
- Hot cooked pasta.
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
In large skillet, combine chicken and 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
Saute until chicken begins to brown.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
Cover; simmer 7-9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Cook pasta as per cooking instructions depending on which type you select.
Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
