- 6 oz. hot brewed coffee
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1 oz. Irish whisky
- 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish cream
- Heavy cream
Combine the coffee and sugar. Stir until sugar is totally dissolved.
Add whisky and Irish cream and stir to blend.
Hold a tsp upside down and pour cream over the spoon into the coffee. This makes the cream float on top.
