  • 1 egg

  • 1 1/2 t milk

  • 3/4 t vanilla

  • 1 1/3 C flour

  • 1/4 C baking cocoa

  • 1 1/4 t baking powder

  • 1/4 t salt

  • 2 C mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
