- 1/4 C ketchup
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T + 1 t canola oil
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 (4 oz ea) ham slices, boneless and fully cooked
- 1 (8.5 oz) can sliced peaches, drained
Using a small mixing bowl, pour ketchup and add brown sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of oil, and pepper. Combine well using a wisk.
Brush both sides of the ham slices with the mixture.
Use a large skillet with the remaining oil over a medium heat. Cook each ham slice separately for 7 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the flip side.
Transfer cooked slices to a warm platter.
Add the peaches to the pan and drizzle the remaining mixture over the top of the peaches.
Cover and cook 5 minutes over a low heat. Turn and cook for 2 more minutes.
Place peaches on top of each ham slice and serve.
