Ingredients
- 2 lbs. summer squash, sliced 3/8 inch thick
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/8 tsp of parsley
- 1/8 tsp of basil
- 1/8 tsp of oregano
- 1/8 tsp of lemon thyme
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 4 Tbsp of olive oil
Instructions
Blend oil with garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Add squash and coat well.
Grill squash for 5 minutes over medium-high.
Turn and cook another 3 minutes or until tender.
Serves 4.
