Grilled Pineapple

This Grilled Pineapple Recipe is a quick and tasty treat. Perfect as a healthy snack or dessert served with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple

Instructions
Slice off the crown and bottom of the pineapple.

Cut away the skin and eyes.

Cut the pineapple into quarters and remove the core.

Slice each quarter into 1/2 inch thick spears.

Grill the pineapple over low heat for about 15 minutes, turning once to brown on each side.

Serves 4.
