- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 brown and serve rolls, cut into quarters
- 4 Tbsp of butter, melted
- 1 pint of strawberries, hulled
- 2 firm bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Brush each roll piece with butter and coat with the sugar/cinnamon mix.
Thread a strawberry, roll piece and banana chunk onto a skewer, alternating the three items until 4 skewers are filled.
Grill on low for 8 minutes, turning often to toast rolls on all sides.
Tip: If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak in water for 30 minutes.
