Ingredients
- 2 cups white bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz) package Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Olive oil for basting
Instructions
Heat grill to medium high.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, onion and parsley in a food processor and mix until a dough forms.
Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and water. Mix just enough to blend into the dough.
Add salt and pepper and blend 10 seconds. Remove from processor.
Split the dough into eight pieces and roll each into a ball.
Brush each roll with olive oil and place on the grill.
Grill for 10 minutes, constantly turning to make sure the ball is browned on all sides.
Serve with honey-mustard dipping sauce
