- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 12 stuffed olives (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can green beans
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Make 4 aluminum foil pockets.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Divide equally between the 4 foil pockets and seal.
Place on a hot barbecue, away from direct heat for 20 minutes
Check that the chicken is cooked and serve directly from foil pockets.
