1 cup all-purpose flour (self-raising flour)
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 pinch salt
Toppings
Syrup
Confectioners sugar
Brown sugar
Fruit mixed with yogurt
Plain sugar and fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F (225C).
Grease well a 13x9x2 inch (330 x 230 x 50-mm) baking dish.
Combine eggs and flour in bowl. Add milk, butter, and salt; mix well. Pour into prepared dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed.
Cut into serving pieces. Serve with desired toppings.
