Grapes and celery add crunch to this Easy Chicken Salad Recipe. Serves 12 and makes a tasty addition to a buffet table or tailgate party.
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
- 3 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup of celery, diced
- 1 cup of seedless grapes, quartered
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Blend mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
Fold in chicken, celery and grapes. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Cover and chill for at least an hour. Stir before serving.
