- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cucumbers, sliced thin
- 1 sweet onion, sliced thin and separated into rings
Whisk sour cream and vinegar together in a serving bowl.
Fold in sugar and pepper; whisk until sugar is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add cucumber and onions into the sauce.
Blend well until vegetables are completely coated.
Cover and chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
Stir before serving.
Add pimentos for a splash of color.
