This rich Crock Pot Chicken Soup combines cream of chicken soup with cheddar for a hearty dish of comfort food. Serve with salad for a complete meal.
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 (11 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (11 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Combine garlic salt, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to mix well.
Season chicken with the spice blend and place in crock pot.
Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
Add the cheddar cheese soup.
Do not thin the soups with water or milk.
Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
Leave covered for entire cooking time for a creamier soup.
