- 1/2 cup pecans
- Romaine lettuce torn into small salad pieces
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 4 Tbsp dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Place pecans in a shallow roasting pan and cook for 5 minutes or until they become fragrant.
Remove and allow to cool.
Combine lettuce, onion and cranberry in individual salad bowls.
Add in the pecans.
Serve with desired dressing.
