Cottage Cheese Scrambled Egg diet recipe proves conclusively that those of us who are watching our weight don’t have to give up on taste. I often choose this dish for brunch even when I’m not dieting and I’m a man driven by taste.
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
In medium skillet, melt butter. When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
