Ingredients

  • Flour
  • 1 package 8 home style biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Butter
  • Water
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

Sprinkle flour over a flat work surface.

Place 2 thin pats of butter on top of the cocoa mixture.

With a pastry brush, wet around the edges of one of the tarts.

Fold the empty side of the tart over the other. Press the edges together. And then use fork tines to create a decorative seal along the edge.

Repeat the last 2 steps for each tart.
