Chicken Wing Recipe

This simple chicken wing recipe the most tasty part of the chicken, with a little added hot attitude. Serve straight from the oven or cold at a picnic.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (1 kilogram) chicken wings
  • Dash of tabasco or sweet chili sauce if tabasco is too hot for you
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

Mix garlic cloves and tabasco (in pestle and mortar) or sweet chili sauce if preferred.

Rub wings with garlic and tabasco. (Good idea to wear gloves and avoid the smell on your hands.)

Bake at 375F (About 180C) for 15 min.

Combine honey, soy sauce and ketcup.Pour over wings and bake for 45-60 min. longer.
