1 Medium eggplant
1 Tomato
1 Small can of tomato paste
1 Teaspoon turmeric
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Cut the eggplant into strips or slices about 2 inches wide
Let the egg plant dry out for 5 hours
Fry the eggplant in olive oil for 5 minutes
Add the turmeric, lemon juice and tomato paste
Cook for 15 minutes more
